The only room on that level, it is of a smaller size but with direct access to the bathroom and toilet.
With the opportunity to be on a separate level, one can quietly slip away without disturbing the others… it is by far the favorite of teenagers or young adults !

A chest of drawers.
A big cupboard.
Air-conditioned.

The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a beautiful basin, a toilet, a cupboard and an Italian walk in shower.

 

 

Upstairs Bedroom « Master »

With its spacious 35 m² and its upscale amenities and breathtaking views of the pool and the park it will be a delight for parents!

A KING SIZE bed of 2 m by 2 m.
A 55 ‘’ LED HD TV.
A dressing room with 4 drawers, shelves, coat hangers.
A beautiful glass wall overlooking the swimming pool.
Air-conditioned.

The bathroom has a double basin, a bath and best of all, an Italian walk-in shower and a cupboard.

 

 

Upstairs Bedroom « Middle »

It is the smallest of the rooms but ever so nice! The glass wall descending to the ground is an undeniably part of its charm. So in the morning upon waking, having a view of the pool and its plantations is the pledge of a day that begins well.

A48 ‘’ LED HD TV.
A chest of drawers and in case this should not be sufficient, there is a huge closet right next to the room in the hall.
Air-conditioned.

Upstairs Bedroom « All Right »

A beautiful spacious room, also equipped with a panoramic window that goes down to the ground. This is undeniably part of its charm as in the morning waking up you have a view of the pool and its plantations, pledge of a day that begins well.

A chest of drawers and in case this should not be sufficient, there is a huge closet right next to the room in the hall.

In addition to the bathrooms of the room on ground floor and the Master bedroom, you’ll also find a beautiful bathroom on first floor equipped with a beautiful basin, with its wonderful mirror, as well as a beautiful Italian shower.

The many cupboards and closets in the 4 bedrooms and in the hall upstairs allow you to be comfortably and very quickly installed upon arrival …
